Let’s Raise the Torch Together

We at Hovnanian School believe that a full-time and year-round Armenian education is both an enviable privilege and an existential necessity. An experience worth investing in to honor our past, sustain our present, and invest together as a lucky Armenian community in the next generation of Armenian-American leaders, and in a brighter Armenian future – today, tomorrow, and forever.

Interim Report of Donors to the Annual Fund

July 1, 2023 – February 29, 2024

The Hovnanian Annual Fund bridges the gap between the cost of tuition and the cost of a Hovnanian Education. It directly supports the school’s operating budget through scholarships, faculty compensations, extracurricular activities, classroom resources, professional development, facility improvements, marketing and program expansion.

Please download the list of our 2023-24 Interim Report of Donors below.

WAYS TO GIVE

Annual Fund

Like most independent schools, the Hovnanian School Annual Fund directly supports the school’s operating budget as tuition does not cover the total cost of educating a student each year. That is why we look to the generosity of our parents, grandparents, alumni, friends, faculty, and staff to reach our annual goal

Donations to the Annual Fund also inspire others to give and deliver a powerful message to outside donors who look for strong participation from the school community as they make giving decisions.

For additional information, please email Caroline Hazarian, Director of Alumni Relations at [email protected] or call the school directly at (201) 967-5940.

Long-term giving

The Giving Tree is located in the main lobby of the Hovnanian School and recognizes annual donations equal to or greater than $2,500. Regardless of the type of donation you make, your generosity will be displayed with a beautiful engraved plaque. For more information, see more information below or please contact Caroline Hazarian, Director of Alumni Relations at [email protected] or call the school directly at (201) 967-5940.

Matching gifts

We encourage members of the Hovnanian School community to take advantage of corporate matching gift programs to increase the amount of a gift. If you or your spouse works for a company that offers a matching gift program, the impact of your gift to the Hovnanian School may double or even triple. Some companies even match gifts made by retirees.

All you need to do is request a matching gift from your Human Resources Department, complete it, and send it to Hovnanian School according to your employer’s guidelines.

We will take care of the rest.

For additional information about Matching Gifts programs, please email  please email Caroline Hazarian, Director of Alumni Relations at [email protected] or call the school directly at (201) 967-5940.
